Mrs. Rhonda Reddick began teaching Spanish at Allen Village School 15 years ago.  She is the Principal for grades 6-12.  With the goal of increasing academic progress, Mrs. Reddick frequently gathers the middle/high school team of teachers to discuss appropriate teaching strategies.  She intentionally guides the molding and shaping of young people to insure positive social and emotional growth along with academic improvement.  Mrs. Reddick’s close connections with students, parents and faculty create a safe and academically challenging environment where everyone learns daily.
